Biography:
	Terry Nimmon was born in 1943 in Edmonton Alberta and had an early interest in art. At the age of 9 he attended the Edmonton Art School and throughout his high school years art was a passion. Between 1960 and 2004 Terry had a hiatus from art and was immersed in his career as a surgeon, studying art only part time since 2002. In 2004 he retired from medicine and now dedicates himself full time to art at his Gabriola Island studio. He has studied with local artists as well as being self-taught. Terry became an active member of The Federation of Canadian Artists in September, 2004. His watercolours, primarily scenes of his beloved Gabriola Island, are both gentle, passionate and ever evolving.
